Intelligence for the physical world.
Rafed Technology designs and manufactures hardware for critical infrastructure, and writes the software that runs on it.

Sense. See. Secure. Synchronize.
Industrial systems need to know their own condition, where they are and what time it is. They also need to trust the answer. Rafed builds the hardware and the software that make that possible.
Five products.
One sensing platform underneath them, one clock, one fleet.

PipeGuard hears the pipe.
Sensors fixed to the pipe itself. They hear a leak and work out where it is from the tiny difference in when two of them heard it. They also report the impacts and water hammer that usually come first.
Hardware and software, developed together.
Every observation the platform produces carries five things with it: what measured it, when, against which clock, under which model version, and to what confidence. Strip one away and what is left is a number. Operators act on evidence, and those five fields are the whole difference between the two.
| Product | Does | What that means here |
|---|---|---|
| PipeGuard | detects | An abnormal acoustic event on a line, localised between two nodes. |
| PNTGuard | timestamps | Against a clock that can say which source it trusted at that instant, so the localisation and the record agree. |
| VisionGuard | inspects | Dispatched to the position with its confidence attached, and returns a classification and not another alarm. |
| MachineGuard | corroborates | Says whether the pump feeding that line changed behaviour in the same minute, which turns a coincidence into a cause. |
| OTGuard | moves it | Carries what is needed across the boundary and nothing else, with a record of what crossed and under which rule. |
A signal we recorded and decoded.
Until this capture, every claim that the Saudi eLoran chain is operating traced back to the system integrator or to somebody citing it. On 27 August 2026 a signal on GRI 8830 was recorded from a public receiver in Doha, 109 km from the transmitter at Salwa, and decoded. The raw capture is published with it.

- Recorded
- 88.299 ms
- Standard GRI 8830
- 88.300 ms
- Pulses
- 8
- Interval
- 1.00 ms
Decoded pulse structure. Eight detections at 1.00 ms spacing, which is the Loran-C pulse group as specified. The receiving antenna was rated 0.5 to 30 MHz, so 100 kHz sits below its specification and this is a worst-case observation.
Specify a system.
Direct contact comes before any form. Send a line specification, an equipment list or a photograph of the panel, and an engineer answers it.
